HOW DO I BOOK THE TIME AND DATE OF MY SESSION?

Once you have purchased a package, you will then receive an e-mail link to the Edge 360 calendar where you can book, reschedule and cancel your appointments.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Please arrive ready to workout, there are no showers or changing rooms available. Please bring a water bottle, gym towel and appropriate trainers. Please ensure you bring clean, indoor trainers if your session is in the studio.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

Keeping my clients safe is my number one priority. I will continue to follow government advice for the area and follow strict cleaning procedures to sanitise the gym equipment. To keep the Edge 360 studio as safe and clean as possible, I do need your help too. Please stay at home if you feel unwell or have Covid-19 symptoms. Please use hand sanitiser when you arrive at the studio and bring a gym towel with you.

DO I NEED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING IN THE STUDIO?

You should not wear a face covering during exercise as this may restrict breathing efficiency. I will follow the current government guidelines with regards to wearing a face covering. I am happy to wear a face covering for any session and will be guided by the wishes of my clients.

WHY DO I NEED TO COMPLETE A MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE?

Prior to participating in any services with Edge 360 Fitness, you will need to complete a medical questionnaire to ensure it is safe for you to start an exercise programme. Based on your answers, you may then be asked to check with your GP that it is safe for you to take part in an exercise programme prior to commencing your training with Edge 360 Fitness.

LIFESTYLE QUESTIONNAIRE

Prior to attending your first session, you will receive a lifestyle questionnaire to complete. The more detail you can provide in this questionnaire the better, as it will allow me to tailor the sessions to your needs and goals.

CAN I HAVE MY PT SESSIONS IN MY OWN HOME?

There is the option to have your personal training sessions in the comfort of your own home. Simply complete an enquiry form or send me an email to receive a quote for this service.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY SESSIONS?

Personal training sessions can be used at your convenience and you have 12 months from the day of purchase to use your block unless otherwise stated in your package.

Th 5km Group Package and 10km Group Package sessions must be completed on the specified dates (agreed when signing up) and missed sessions will not be refunded.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Edge 360 is committed to providing an excellent service for all clients, therefore cancellation of training sessions must be done 48 hours prior to the allotted time. When a client doesn’t show up to an appointment, or cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from training that day. If you fail to do so, you will be charged the full price of the missed session. Notice to cancel an appointment can be made by email, calling or text. All sessions and packages are non transferable and non refundable.
