MARATHON COACHING
I create bespoke marathon training plans for runners of all abilities, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Your plan will be written specifically for you and will take into account your training history, your starting level of fitness, your goals and how much time you have available to train. RUNNERS MOT
The Edge 360 Runners MOT is a comprehensive running assessment to identify aspects of your technique that could be fine-tuned to improve your running efficiency so that you can run further, faster and reduce the risk of injury. It’s useful for beginners, those returning to running after injury and experienced runners looking to improve their performance.
The Runners MOT includes:
90 minute consultation at the Edge 360 Studio
Video analysis of your running form taken from multiple angles
Agility, balance and coordination assessment
Strength assessment of the key muscle groups involved in running
Flexibility assessment of the key muscle groups involved in running
Strength and conditioning program specific to your needs based on the findings of the assessment.
Videos, written report and program emailed to yo completing your MOT.
